Cleaned plates are 100% visually inspected and random liquid dye-penetrant tested for any cracks, pin holes or material failure and reassembled using original equipment gaskets and adhesives. Completed plate packs are carefully packed and shipped to assure that they arrive in your plant ready for instillation.

Plate heat exchangers, sometimes called PHE, are specially designed to transfer heat between two fluids. The fluids are spread out over a large surface area between metal plates. Plate heat exchangers are best suited for heat transfer between medium and low pressure fluids. For high pressure fluids, a welded heat exchanger or a brazed plate heat exchanger is generally used.
