SERVICE WARRANTY

Process Power Service Division warrants the products serviced by it to the buyer to be free from defects in new material supplied and workmanship provided.  It is understood that any replaced material provided will be identical to that originally supplied by the manufacturer unless otherwise directed by the purchaser.  Excluded from this warranty are plates and elastomers that have been in service past the original warranty period provided by the manufacturer.

Our Procedure includes cleaning the plates, removing the gaskets, and random dye penetrant testing the plates for pinholes or cracks.  If the plates pass these rigid steps they are regasketed using original equipment gaskets and application procedures used by the original manufacturer.

Process Power Service Division warranty will extend for a period of sixty days from the date of shipment and in no way will cover material selection which is the customer’s responsibility.

In no event shall Process Power Service Division be liable for consequential or special damages, or for any expense incurred as a result of use of its serviced equipment irrespective of whether same may be proven defective under the warranty.  Process Power Service Division liability shall in no event exceed the purchase price of the goods and/or services furnished.  Buyer shall have no cause of action for breach of this agreement after (1) year from date of shipment of goods by Process Power Service Division.
